Finding Westpacs innovation momentum

We have taken existing Westpac product and services and made them more relevant to existing customers through Human centric design. We have also adapted existing services to appeal to new customer groups where Westpac has been under represented. And importantly we have provided innovation pathways to disrupt the marketplace to create new value from new services that don’t currently exist.
