Privacy

How we handle personal data and cookies on innovationchapel.com (opens in new tab).

Who is responsible

The Innovation Chapel AB (556903-3573), Box 27133, Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions are welcome at hello@innovationchapel.com.

When you email us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and what you write to reply and to follow up on the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business. We keep emails for as long as they are relevant to the conversation or our business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, how visitors find us and whether they get in touch. Analytics only runs if you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.

With your consent, Google Analytics sets these cookies:

  • _ga – distinguishes visitors, stored for up to 2 years
  • _ga_<id> – keeps track of the current session, stored for up to 2 years

The data covers pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and the website you came from. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We keep analytics data for 14 months.

The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Read more in Google’s privacy policy (opens in new tab).

Your choice in the cookie banner is saved in your browser’s local storage for 12 months, so we don’t have to ask on every visit.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Oderland Webbhotell AB in Sweden. Like all web servers, theirs keep technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time for security and operations. Fonts are served from our own server, so no other third parties are contacted when you visit.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. Contact us at hello@innovationchapel.com. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se (opens in new tab).
